Do you do residential projects {like driveways}?
We do not. We focus on infrastructure, roadways, and larger scale parking lot projects. If you need a referral to a good driveway paving company, send us a contact for and we can offer you some contacts.
What States do you operate in?
The majority of our projects take place in conjunction with the Oklahoma Department of Transportation, Counties and Local Municipalities here in Oklahoma. However, we are also pre-approved to work for the DOTs of Arkansas, Kansas, and Texas. With our portable plants, we can cover work anywhere in Oklahoma as well as these neighboring states.
What does ESOP mean?
ESOP means “Employee Stock Ownership Program.” It is a business structure that disperses annual profits among it’s employees and compounds those profits over time as a financial tool for retirement. This is in addition to our Benefits Package including 401(k), but, your ESOP value will normally exceed your 401(k) valuation if you build a career with us. We are unique in our industry and adopted this structure in 2002, allowing over 20 years of accrual for many employees.
